Product guarantee

All EMSzero devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers the following:

• Manufacturing defects in electronic components

• Malfunctions not caused by improper use

• Replacement of defective parts or complete replacement of the device (after technical inspection)

The guarantee does not apply to:

• Damage caused by improper use, improper transport or falling

• Opening, modification or repair by unauthorized persons

• Wear and tear of consumables (e.g. electrodes, cables, pads)

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or videos for documentation will expedite the process.
